Terms of Use: The Goddess Vault

Welcome to The Goddess Vault. By requesting access and entering the Vault, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully, as they protect the integrity of the art and the songwriters involved.

1. Access & Confidentiality

Access to the Vault is a privilege, not a right.

Non-Transferable: Your login credentials are for you (the artist/manager) only. Sharing access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality: The songs, lyrics, and melodies within the Vault are unreleased works. You agree not to share, leak, or play these demos in public spaces (including social media) without a formal license.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

All content within the Vault including lyrics, vocal melodies, demos, and compositions—is the exclusive property of The Goddess Vault and its affiliated songwriters.

No Automatic Rights: Entering the Vault does not grant you the right to record, perform, or distribute the material.
Prohibition of "Interpolation": You may not use "snippets" or "re-write" parts of these songs for your own projects without written consent.

3. The Licensing Process

If you find a song that resonates with your brand:

Request to License: You must submit a formal request to "unlock" the song for professional use.
Agreements: A separate Sync & Master License Agreement will be required for any commercial release. This will outline royalty splits (ASCAP/BMI/SESAC), upfront fees, and credit requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use any "Stream Ripping" software to download demos from the Vault.
Use Vault material to "train" AI models or voice-cloning software.
Claim authorship of any material found within the Vault.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Vault at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been violated or if the "Artist-Song" fit is no longer aligned with our creative direction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Vault is provided "as is." While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee that every song is "cleared" for all global territories until a formal license is signed.
